Marietta

Born and raised upcountry on Maui, Marietta has been part of the veterinary field for over 35 years. She began working with Dr. Weeks when she opened Maui Lani Veterinary in 2016 and is proud of how much the clinic has grown over the years and the strong Maui Lani Vet Ohana that has been built over the years.

As Hospital Administrator, Marietta supports the team behind the scenes, to help  the clinic run smoothly so the doctors and staff can focus on caring for their patients. She loves the pets, the pet parents, and the dedicated team who care for them each day.   Some of the most meaningful parts of her work include knowing that the pets are receiving great care and building relationships with families and their pets who become part of the Maui Lani Vet Ohana. She continues to appreciate how much veterinary medicine has advanced over the years and the many ways the team can help their patients.

Marietta is married, a mother of two, a grandmother of two, and a great-grandmother. Throughout the years, she has had many pets, a few adopted through work. She is currently the proud pet parent of Stormy Rider, her cat, who adopted them, and Coco, her rabbit.
